Join our team at Seesaw Psychology Group!

Our team of psychologists and psychotherapists provide neuropsychological evaluation and brief therapy services. 

Our clinic specialists have training and expertise in assessing for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum, anxiety or mood disorders, learning differences (for example, dyslexia), and giftedness/twice exceptionality.

We offer assessments for children, adolescents, college students, and adults. 

Our psychotherapists provide evidence-based therapies with children and adolescents. Our therapy approach is skills-based, goal-oriented, brief, and collaborative. We embrace an eclectic approach to therapy but primarily practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, social problem solving, psycho-education, and parent education in our work. 

We work collaboratively with our clients in individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, parent coaching, and consultation. Our clients are culturally diverse, highly motivated, and present with mild to moderate challenges managing anxiety, emotion regulation, executive functioning, friendship skills, and social interaction struggles.  

We are a psychology training center providing consultation, mentorship, training, and supervision for early career psychologists and psychotherapists. 

Requirements

Licensed Psychologist Ph.D. or Psy.D., in Clinical or School Psychology

Postdoctoral Fellow, Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or School Psychology

Psychotherapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Licensed Psychologist) 

Predoctoral Clinical Psychology Intern

Must have training and experience with multicultural children and families, broad presenting concerns, anxiety and mood disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum, and exceptional learners. 

Trainees/Supervisees interested in Assessment must have 1- 2 years of prior clinic practicum experience in assessment. 

Strong commitment and work experience with pediatric population. Maturity and diverse training, research, and life experience is highly valued.

We offer a unique Pediatric Psychology Clinic Practicum experience for students who are applying to graduate school (clinical/school psychology PhD, PsyD, MFT, MSW). Please apply through Handshake. Our practicum students work at Seesaw and Nurture (our sister non-profit clinic)  for a minimum of 1 year and 5-8 hours per week. They assist our therapists and clinicians, engage in research and community outreach, and support our clinic team.
